Kittcom received the following calls from June 15-16 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

n A Charter truck reportedly was running and unoccupied on Brick Road in Ellensburg.

n A teal-colored bicycle reportedly was left in a ditch in front of a business on University Way.

n A person reportedly was doing something with some dairy cows in the roadway and took off when approached by other people on Killmore Road in Ellensburg.

n Collisions were reported on South Water Street in Ellensburg, East Craig Avenue in Ellensburg, First Street in Cle Elum, University Way and West Washington Avenue.

n An animal problem was reported on Airport Road and Country Side Avenue in Ellensburg.

n Vehicles reportedly were blowing past a stop sign and one reportedly nearly hit a child on East Capitol Avenue and South Pine Street in Ellensburg.

n Someone reportedly received a fraudulent call from someone claiming to be with the IRS on 11th Avenue in Ellensburg.

n The window screen on someone’s home reportedly was pulled out and it appeared as if someone was trying to gain access on Alpine Lane in Easton.

n A vehicle reportedly was sitting in someone’s driveway then left and a different vehicle came and sat in front of his garage on Grant Street.

n A man reportedly was trespassing on someone’s property on Helena Avenue in Ellensburg.

n A black female pitbull reportedly was found and appeared to be lost on Kittitas Street in Ellensburg.

n A man reportedly was screaming and tossing a woman’s clothes over a fence toward the truck stop on Berry Road.

n There reportedly was glass in the roadway on University Way.

n A man reportedly was in a dumpster on North Alder Street in Ellensburg.

n The sewer reportedly backed up into a business on North Pennsylvania Avenue in Roslyn.

n Someone reportedly was knocking on a person’s door and then left in a black pickup on West University Way in Ellensburg.

n A man reportedly gave someone notes in the bathroom and told him to take them to the police department on North Main Street. He said he hadn’t slept in two days.

n Someone’s Nissan Sentra reportedly had its window broken out on Jennie Circle in Ellensburg.

n Arson was reported on Caribou Road in Ellensburg.

Fire

Kittcom received the following calls from June 15-16 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

n Medical calls were reported on Chestnut Street in Ellensburg, Goat Peak Ranch Road in Cle Elum, Berry Road in Ellensburg, West 12th Avenue in Ellensburg, North Main Street in Kittitas, Sunlight Drive in Cle Elum, North Brook Lane in Ellensburg and twice on East Mountain View Avenue.

n People reportedly were without water on Mason Street in Kittitas, Spokane Street in Kittitas, North Okanogan Street in Kittitas, West First Avenue in Kittitas, East Patrick Street in Kittitas, North Pierce Street in Kittitas and Alpine Drive in Kittitas.

n The power reportedly was out on Caribou Road in Ellensburg.

Arrests

The following people were booked into Kittitas County Jail from June 15 to 15. Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings.

n A 23-year-old Ellensburg woman was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for failing to appear in court on charges of possession of stolen property. Bail $5,000.

n A 40-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for failing to comply with court orders on charges of disorderly conduct.

n A 20-year-old Ellensburg woman was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for failing to appear in court on charges of possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana. Bail 1,000.

n A 22-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff’s deputies for second-degree arson. No bail.

n A 27-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for disorderly conduct. Bail $500.
