Someone returned home to find their front door burned in an apparent arson on East 14th Avenue in Ellensburg.A tire reportedly blew out on a vehicle and caught on fire and two kids were trying to get out of the vehicle on Interstate 90 at milepost 90 near Cle Elum.A vehicle fire was reported on Interstate 90 at milepost 51 near Snoqualmie Pass.A brush fire was reported on Look Road and Hungry Junction Road in Ellensburg.An overdose was reported on Graham Road in Cle Elum.A traumatic injury was reported on West Dakota Avenue in Roslyn.
Arrests | The following people were booked into Kittitas County Jail from July 5-6. Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings.
A 40-year-old Granite Falls man was arrested by Department of Corrections Officers for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail $40,000.A 30-year-old Selah man was arrested by Department of Corrections Officers for residential burglary, second-degree possession of stolen property and second-degree theft.A 26-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to appear in court on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Bail $10,000.
