The Norfolk Catholic/Lutheran High Northeast boys soccer team moves up in Omaha World Herald rankings; Norfolk girls fall out

The Omaha World Herald has updated their high school soccer rankings.

The Norfolk Catholic/Lutheran High Northeast boys move up from ninth to sixth in Class ‘B’. They are 12-1 on the year and have won seven in a row after recording a 5-0 record in the last week with wins over Scottsbluff, Gering, Omaha Concordia, Ralston, and Platteview. They return to action on Tuesday when they visit 1-3 Madison on Tuesday. The Norfolk High girls have dropped out of the Class ‘A’ rankings. The Lady Panthers are 10-5 on the season after a 1-2 record last week. They lost to Elkhorn High last Thursday, beat Platteview on Friday, and fell to Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln last Saturday. Norfolk returns to action on Tuesday when they visit 6-7 North Platte.
