Downtown Raleigh restaurant opens at new location Tuesday
The Remedy Diner has a new home in downtown Raleigh.
The restaurant opens at its new location at 927 W. Morgan St. at 11 a.m. Tuesday, owners announced via Facebook. The new location is in the old home of P.G. Werth’s, which closed in February after two years in business.
The Remedy was previously located at 137 E. Hargett St. The restaurant, which is known for its vegetarian cuisine, opened in 2008.
The restaurant was a finalist for best vegetarian cuisine in the 2016 Out and About Voters’ Choice Awards. Nominations are currently open for the 2017 Voters’ Choice Awards, which have expanded to include more than 100 categories.
