2 found dead after fire in abandoned building in Winnemucca

WINNEMUCCA, Nev. (AP) — The bodies were two men were found after a fire in an abandoned building in Winnemucca, officials said.

Preliminary investigation indicated that the fire may have started early Friday with a propane heater, officials said.

No identities were released.

The fire is being investigated by the State Fire Marshal Division.

Winnemucca is 148 miles (238 kilometers) northeast of Reno.
