Man injured in 4-vehicle collision on I-90 near Ellensburg
A Federal Way man was injured in a head-on collision that involved four vehicles Sunday on Interstate 90 at milepost 103, three miles from Ellensburg.
Zane Green, 56, of Federal Way was driving a 1990 white Toyota pickup eastbound at 2:06 p.m. when his pickup left the roadway, crossed over the median and struck a semi, then another vehicle, then rotated and struck a third vehicle, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Anna Chartrand, 45, of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, was driving a 2018 white Freightliner semi westbound when she was struck by Green’s pickup, according to the WSP.
Reyne Cha, 38, of Bellevue was driving a 2017 grey Acura RDX westbound and was the second vehicle struck by Green.
Allison Willner-Martin, 18, of Bellevue was driving a 2010 grey Toyota Tundra pickup westbound and was the third vehicle struck by Green.
Green was the only one injured and was taken to Kittitas Valley Healthcare.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation, but Green faces charges of DUI, according to the WSP.
