AZZ: Fiscal Q4 Earnings Snapshot

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) _ AZZ Inc. (AZZ) on Friday reported fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $21.6 million.

On a per-share basis, the Fort Worth, Texas-based company said it had profit of 87 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 86 cents per share.

The electrical equipment maker posted revenue of $224.7 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $84 million, or $3.35 per share. Revenue was reported as $902.7 million.

AZZ shares have fallen 13% since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped nearly 9% in the last 12 months.
