Sleep Number: Q1 Earnings Snapshot
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) _ Sleep Number Corp. (SNBR) on Wednesday reported first-quarter profit of $2.1 million.
The Minneapolis-based company said it had profit of 9 cents per share.
The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 33 cents per share.
The seller of beds, mattresses and bedding products posted revenue of $527.1 million in the period, also falling short of Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $537.4 million.
Sleep Number expects full-year earnings in the range of $5 to $6 per share.
