EverCommerce: Q1 Earnings Snapshot
DENVER (AP) _ EverCommerce Inc. (EVCM) on Monday reported a loss of $13.3 million in its first quarter.
The Denver-based company said it had a loss of 7 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for stock option expense and non-recurring costs, were 3 cents per share.
The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 5 cents per share.
The business software company posted revenue of $143.6 million in the period, surpassing Street forecasts. Seven analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $140.5 million.
For the current quarter ending in July, EverCommerce said it expects revenue in the range of $152 million to $154 million.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $623 million to $629 million.
